How is arthritis diagnosed?

Arthritis is diagnosed through a combination of medical history, physical examination and imaging tests such as X-rays or MRI scans. Mr Shah will ask about your symptoms and check for swelling and tenderness in your joints. Imaging helps to assess the extent of joint damage, while blood tests may be done to rule out other conditions.
